$ 100.00 Booth Space inside a large tent (for those who want a shaded booth but lack a tent) 10x10 – Add $65.00 to the above amounts Other Information: Parking – Each exhibitor will receive two vehicle passes for the Solar Fiesta. Phones – There are no phones available at the site. Labor – Exhibitors are responsible for their own labor, setup and take down. Pollution – Exhibitors are required to keep their areas clean. Any toxic materials used in association with their exhibits must be handled and removed by the exhibitor only. Clean up – Exhibitors will clean up their own space. Any items left behind other than debris become the property of the NMSEA. Security – Security guards will be posted from Friday evening at 7pm through Saturday evening at 6pm. Set up – Exhibitors can set up Saturday morning between 8am and 10am. Take Down – Saturday from 6pm to 8pm. |
