Join NMSEA!

NMSEA thrives by virtue of the enthusiastic support and participation of its members. Joining is a great way to get familiar with solar energy technology, and with the solar community of New Mexico.

NMSEA membership includes:

  • Automatic subscription to our bimonthly newsletter, The Sunpaper
  • Discounts on NMSEA activities, including workshops, Solar Fiesta, and annual conference events
  • Regular email notices about special solar events and issues around New Mexico
  • Occasional discounts on books and other items that NMSEA acquires for distribution.

Our annual membership rates are:

  • $10 Student, Teacher, or Senior (62 and up) -- copy of current ID required.
  • $30 Individual and Family
  • $75 Business -- For eligible businesses, listing in our Solar and Sustainable Directory is included with this and the Lifetime Business Membership.

We also have lifetime Membership Rates:

  • $250 or more -- lifetime individual member
  • $400 or more -- lifetime business member

ASES Membership:

NMSEA is a chapter of the American Solar Energy Society, and we encourage our members to join ASES as well. ASES members receive SOLAR TODAY magazine, Solar Action Network (SAN) alerts, the Sunbeam e-newsletter, discounts on publications, and more! Five percent of your ASES dues are dedicated to special outreach programs including ASES Legacy Schools, library gift subscriptions and the purchase of Green Tags.

If you join or renew ASES at the Professional level and join or renew NMSEA, deduct $10 from your ASES dues. If you join or renew ASES at the Basic level and join or renew NMSEA, deduct $5 from your ASES dues.
